We sell high-quality, multifunctional, and timeless lighting products, including modern minimalist chandeliers and timeless candelabras. Our website reflects our commitment to providing designs that stand the test of time. We ensure that the colors and images of our products are displayed as accurately as possible; however, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy in color representation. Our website offers a one-time sales service; we are not a subscription-based platform. Each purchase is a standalone transaction.

Payment Method

For purchases on our website, we accept the following payment methods:

- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You need to enter debit/credit card information for each transaction. We do not store your debit/credit card information. We are not responsible for any conversion fees or foreign exchange fees related to international orders. Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards. All cards must have a valid security code.

Delivery Information

We offer free shipping. The delivery time for local orders is 2 – 5 days, and for international orders is 2 – 14 days. The order processing time is 48 hours.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation: You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or when a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. - Return Eligibility: For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  - The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  - The goods are in the original packaging.
  - The following goods cannot be returned:
    - Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    - Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date has passed.
    - Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    - Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
- Refund Process: If you are approved for a refund, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.
- Defective Product Handling: If any lighting products delivered to you are defective, you have the following options:
  - Replacement with equivalent value
  - Replacement with a different value
  - Proportional price reduction
  - Defect elimination or reimbursement
