TJJL Trade Ltd (“Bslstory”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of lighting products purchased from our website.

Your Return and Cancellation Rights

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order before it has been shipped, without giving any reason. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

To exercise your right of cancellation before shipment, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can inform us in the following ways:

Return Eligibility

For the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

    • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
    • The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

    • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.
    • Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
    • Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging and Shipping

Please ensure the goods are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for more expensive items or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Inspection and Notification

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we’ve received the item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. No fees will be incurred for this refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Tjjlcaltd@gmail.com.

Defective Product Handling

If you detect any defects in the delivered products, you have the following options:

    • Replacement with Equivalent Value: Request a replacement with a similar item of equivalent value.
    • Replacement with Different Value: Request a replacement with an item of different value, with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.
    • Defect Elimination or Reimbursement: Demand the gratuitous elimination of defects or reimbursement for expenses incurred to correct the issue.
    • Return of Payment: Refuse the contract and demand the return of the payment. We will cover the return shipping cost at our expense if required.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Tjjlcaltd@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
